    I wonder if Metformin would have any benefit to this protocol. IMO it could be utilized instead of IGF.

    If I were you I would try IGF DES instead of LR3 because it is found to be 10x more anabolic!

    IGF DES 1,3 is still so new....
    It supposedly is superior but perhaps may be more localized than systematic as far as growth goes.

    I like the protocol above but in an old off topic interview Milos says if you are using pre workout slin, to assume 15g carbs per IU injected. The required amount is slightly different than when replenishing with slin post workout.

    I disagree with this as thats way too high! I consume about 6-7g per iu and never have any issues at all (yes carbs are always on hand just in case). I think doing even 10g per iu once experienced is too much. The whole point is to find your threshold so that fat gains are kept at a minimum. Please if you are new to insulin start at 10g per iu!

    Do you realize how many different factors this is dependant on? Including prior meal, timing of prior meal, workout intensity and duration, etc?

    Well metformin really makes slin work better.It is a great nutrient partitioner and the pumps in the gym are painful.The downside is that for many people (including me)has many bad sides like nausea

    Of course I do and thats why every time I do decide to take slin I ramp up instead of just starting at 10ius. My prior meal is always high in carbs, workout intensity is always as high as possible and duration is always an hr. I think I could get away with 5g per iu of slin but like you said thats because of my prior high carb meal.

    I agree with this! I use 12-14 ius of slin with only 100g of dextrose and totally fine BUT every body is different.

    I think it is important to have carbs in you from earlier meals as well

    iam going to start this protocol tommorrow but iam going to keep doing my gh, ghrp-2 in the morning and do the slin before workout and igf after anyone else do it this way. Iam also going to start with 2 ius for 2 days 3 ius 2 days and so on until i get to 6. Anyone else tried this way with good results?
