    Default how much zinc per day to increase testosterone?

    How much zinc do you guys take to increase testosterone levels naturally?

    I've been doing 100mg in AM and PM, wondering if I can go higher, seems to be working really well

    The only human studies I've read involve test subjects with some sort of comorbid pathology like heavy metal poisoning or kidney dysfunction, so I'm not sure there's a concrete answer to your question.

    One human study on dialysis patients found a significant increase in T production on 250mg daily. The amount of zinc your kidneys maintain in your body is a big determinant of how much you would need to effect a T increase. A dialysis patient is probably gonna lose more zinc to the dialysis machine than you with healthy kidneys.

    Caffeine consumption is well known to cause your kidneys to excrete zinc for a while though. Avoid taking your zinc within 3 hours or so of caffeine consumption or you'll just tend to piss a lot of it out.

    Just curious, what did your bloodwork look like last time you had it done and what is your cycle history? In some cases, natural products might be better, and others might be better suited for TRT. Anyway, that info will help determine what your best bet might be.

    Its only useful if you are zinc deficient or have sexual intercourse daily, each time you ejaculate, you lose zinc.

    My workout partner and I have been taking 100mg per day and its really enhancing our anabolism

    And here i thought over 50mg was a toxic dose...
