Hey Drexel, welcome to the natty board..
I got a hypothetical Q for you. If the NGA, FAME, IFPA or the UFE orgs had shows on the same day in different cities, how would you decide on which show to compete in? (and you could only choose one show to do)

Thx AVBG for the switch....
Funny you ask that, Nov 14th is just like that. The UFE and IFPA show is on the same day.
Im in the UFE spokesmodel contest right now and if I win that then Ill do the UFE show. If not then Ill do the IFPA show. The head judge said I have an impressive physique but I wasnt lean enuff, so I wanna have a full prep for ONE show and see if I can get Top 3 this time.
Plus the Canadian feds have better prize packages.

UFE has real prizes....
We realize how hard everyone works to get on stage and to be awarded a plastic trophy and some coupons for protein just doesn't cut it. Ultimate Fitness Events prides itself on making sure competitors are rewarded for their hard work with real prizes. Every competitor at a UFE event will receive tons of free samples from our sponsors that includes Xtreme Lifestyle Mag and MVP Nutrition T-Shirts, protein bars, protein powders and even full tubs of Pre and Post workout drinks from our amazing sponsors at MVP Nutrition! The top three competitors in every category will receive beautiful acrylic trophies to proudly display as a symbol of their accomplishment. Finally, overall winners of our shows receive cash prizes! In fact our top payout to date in only our second year of existence has been $2500!! At certain events we also award photoshoots and endorsement contracts from MVP Nutrition!
UFE has real exposure...
UFE events are attended by some of the top photographers in the industry and many of those photographers have been so impressed with our competitors that they have offered them photoshoots for their portfolios at no charge. In addition, UFE has made an agreement with Xtreme Lifestyle Magazine to be our Official Magazine which will allow us to feature our competitors in workout spreads and even on the cover! Also, Canada's top fitness magazine, Inside Fitness Magazine covers our events and frequently features competitors in their magazine. Our competitors have also been seen in local media, national media and have even been featured on the world's most famous radio show, The Howard Stern Show! Also, our Title Sponsor, MVP Nutrition brings on our top competitors to be the face of their products! Already featured as MVP Nutrition models have been our very first Fitness Model champion, Michelle De Maria and our UFE Spokesmodel, Eric Franciosa! UFE is always looking to ensure our competitors receive the recognition and exposure they deserve so don't look for us to stop where we are; we are always building new relationships in order to ensure every competitor receives maximum exposure

Hey Drex! I have just won my Natty PRO card in BB with the WNBF. go Me....but i have a questions about your pro statusand contracts with numerous orgs, do they hve any restrictions on pro status and prize monies with OTHER orgs, even other natural organizations? Do they see that as a conflict of interest etc?
Good luck this year...rock on my natty sister!

CONGRATS TKAT!!!!!
Last yr I did a Pro show w/ FAME, NGA and IFPA and didnt have any problems. The NGA/IFPA allows you to compete if you are a Natural Pro from another org. FAME did a write up on me about being a former track runner and a Pro in 3 orgs. I might be doing a UFE show and the president hasnt said anything about me competing in the other orgs.
The WNBF is different...

Meal 5:

Meal 6:
30 grams protein in 12 oz water- Casein if available!
or
6 egg whites
Beginning on your 2nd week, you will take this in on every 3rd day.(Wednesday, Saturday, etc)

I didnt see a sample diet from you on here, but is there something you can suggest for a female who is trying to cut down to compete in 3 months?
Can you hook a fellow NGA/IFPA Pro up? Thanks Ms. Gunz!
