    Day 61- man! I'm hurting so bad right now! I switched it and did a higher rep leg routine last night- I cannot believe how sore i am already! Did squats, presses, hacks, and a bunch of iso movements it was brutal. Highlight was-
    Squats-
    225x12,225x15,225x11- all down slow controlled and for real atg- all the way in the hole.

    I'm seriously blown away how bad my legs hurt- it's ridiculous!

    damn dude. I feel like my knees would pop out haha. I go to a 12 inch box w some plates so its around 14inches and that pushes it.

    Day 65- everything going smooth. Had some good lifts this week- great chest lift, smashed legs and had a good back lift. Took yesterday and probably today off- gonna destroy some arms tomorrow though. Just one more week and then some pics, test faults and final thoughts.... Stay tuned.
