Just started Metha -drol Extreme today! Took first does at around 2:30 this afternoon. I train late afternoon usually. Gonna take one in early afternoon, and another late at night. I am running a Liver support with it.

I've been training seriously for a little over three years now... I was on and off in my high school days.
Split:
Day 1: Arms
Day 2: Shoulders/ Abs
Day 3: Back
Day 4: Legs/ Abs
Day 5: Chest/ Some extra arm work
Been doing cardio 3 - 4 times a week, mostly HIIT... And I have wrestling training on sunday's, where we do a lot of HIIT, and core work.

I'd guesstimate my bodyfat is around 15-16% but I'm not to worried about that, I just want to put on as much size as I can right now. I'd like to get that down to 10-12% eventually though.

Diet is your basic high protien, moderate carbs, moderate fats. My goals for this cycle is for strength to go up, as well as to put on some more weight. If bodyfat goes down that would be nice too!
