Just got back from one of my best chest workouts ever! Got 7 good reps with 225 on incline barbell, then went to 100's on incline dumbell for the first time ever, and got 7 reps on that too! Both with no spotter, so coulda got some forced reps outta that. Also did Incline dumbell flys, Flat dumbell press, Hammer strength decline, and finished up with cable cross overs. Weights felt light today, felt like I could of kept going!
