Cya Later -BLP-. Squat Challenge completed: 545x8
Welp did it for 8.. if you wanna ignore my rant, the squat starts at around 6:50
My ego did almost get the best of me.. I have lost 20lbs on my diet so far, so the weight was a bit harder than expected.. but I did get what I said I was going to.

now be honest, how many anadrols did you take prior? lol
not to mention he was fully fucking reseting every rep and rebalancing, my god he could have gotten 12+ doing the 'squatting' you usually see on the internet..

lmao i thought about that honestly
I just started dieting about 4 weeks ago, so wasn't going to go off the plan with anything... diet/supplements/etc.. I did however have 3 scoops of 1mr before it lol. I was up late as hell(horrible sleep schedule), so i needed something .

I felt like I was gonna kaboom after it.. I am not gonna lie, even though I have done more weight before, I was nervous a bit because I was dieting and squatting at 253 is a bit different than 235

hahaha my strength has always been a strong point.. I would be a MUCH better powerlifter I think, but i love bodybuilding so much more because it seems to be much more challenging.
