lol thanks BLP, you really aren't a bad guy..
Eh, I mean I would love to turn pro but am realistic with myself and know I may not have the genetics to be a pro bodybuilder. I certainly will do all I can to hope to be one, but it isn't my only plan in life.

I'm not JacksonRose. Only allowed one membership here - I'd be banned if I had two, I don't get a hall pass. I will defend BLP because 1 he is a FL and 2 he's my friend and bro. I posted my videos for BLP not for you - I also admitted that I held my legs and had spotters on my hack squats.
PastGenetics - I didn't listen to his banter part of his video. 6 minutes of taking and 3 minutes + rap to do 8 reps. Jesus, what was it - 8 sets of 1 or 1 set of 8?
No disrespect bro - but BLP did go deeper and without a belt and knee wraps. Just saying.

yes he did on HACK squat, for 4. IF you want I will do that for 12 on HACK squat with no knee wraps or belt.. then I want your ass to step down too.
hey how about you post a video of you doing a squat, before you try to teach me how to do it?
Trying to reset yourself is harder than up and down up and down without fully locking out... but I have seen your training, so I clearly know never to listen to you.

It's funny how some people want powerlifting legal squats on a bodybuilding forum and most pros don't go down to a 'legal passing' level.
You went down decently far enough to stimulate your quads Matty...props to you for doing and for posting it. Anyone who says anything different is just hating.
