I have to agree with what they say. Keep working hard, don't compare yourself with other peoples total and etc because you'll be stuck on that subject mentally. In this game, you need a clear head you need to focus 100% on YOUR training/diet/modalities. if you don't it'll just hurt you. Yes, it's good to keep in mind what your competition is like. but don't dwell on it. slow and steady wins the race. theres less injury.
