The first time I used IGF-1 I seriously gained 1/2 lb every single day for the time it took to go thru 1mg (40mcg/day). It was solid weight too. The second time I had crap gear and didn't gain any.

What is it that you dont understand? IGF LONG R3 is a long version. DES is not.

was reading a while back, Des has some of the end of the actual amino acid chain cleaved off in production. A process that actually occurs naturally in the body to some IGF at one point, but only a portion actually goes through this process. Anyway, having those amino acids cleaved off during manufacture or production process extended the time it is active in the body if I remember right, but also changes the receptors it can attatch to.... so yes igf lr3 is a longer form in referrence to the actual number of amino acids in the chain, but IGF-des is actually active longer in the body once it has been injected. Cant remember all the science right now, and dont really have the time to look, but please if I have made a mistake so one correct me.

thats still pretty impressive bro, how many days per wk were you pinning the igf? because was doing the math, and came up with 12.5lbs but then thought about it and realized what you wrote doesnt mean you pinned 40mcg for 25 days straight... or did you?

yes des is shorter structurally, and lr3 has a few extra amino acids in comparison. was getting active life of these 2 and a different peptide confused in my mind.

Ive been using the IGF-DES for a couple weeks now. The dose is preworkout 50mcg bilaterally; really enjoying it much more than IGF-lr3

^^^ that is what is recomended under the IGF-1 section of the Chemical profiles at the top of the page. I've always heard unless you are going to have used the whole vial with 48hrs you have to use acetic acid. But I do know many people that just use BW and haven't said they found any problems.

Uh...the companies selling it. Why do you think you are the be all end all of information. You obviously aren't nearly as well versed in this as you claim to be, nor do you seem to want to learn. Open up your eyes.

Never did I say BW cant be used...but only what is recommended.
