Great stuff! You are a true iron warrior! I know some out there will say, hey, what about your health and heart troubles! But not me! With sensible dosing and 20 minutes cardio, I'm sure you will be in peak cardiac condition even with all the excess calories and strain! Keep doing war with iron - you landing that supplement deal is proof enough that you are right and the doctors are dead wrong about testosterone!

well I will say this...I have to keep a very close eye on my b.p. and heart rate...and I get blood work done every 4 months to just keep track on what is going...now, I cant (and wont) do what I did in 09 when I was getting ready for Nationals...and honestly I didnt feel like it helped me at all...so this year, im doing things at a much more moderate pace, and keep a close eye on everything...

I do not know you but I appreciate you sharing your personal experience with bodybuilding so we can lear from you. You starting weight looks to be good (no too heavy probably no more than 12% bodyfat). I wish you a great prep, great health and good luck at the Jr Nats.
Take care brother.

Guys keep this on track I dont want Chris to ask for this to come down. Id like to watch and I think many of you will learn some good things.
Its not ours to judge, and at this level its WAY BEYOND a fucking trophy. I dont even know where mine are. Its not about a trophy, its who he is. If he is monitoring things and this makes him happy its not for YOU clowns to judge.
Chris, nice starting conditioning especially for 20 weeks. Front most muscular looks good.
My criticism is your back is narrow and shallow. Id focus there before cals get to restrictive I think you can still improve this area being so far out. Im sure this is nothing new to you, just pointing out what I see.www.scoobyprep.com
