    Following this for sure. I am interested in more than just blood test results. There are many variables that I am sure can throw them off. If 100 people did the same thing I'd be more comfortable with the end results. Either way I am looking forward to hearing more about this promising test booster.

    We are back on track!!!!!!!! This will have pre and post blood work and of course all my anecdotal feedback as well

    I'll post pre-bloods when the phyto arrives.

    I guess I'll go ahead and start logging and then we'll really see how I can progress as I get in to the supplement. This will at least give everyone an idea of what I'm working with.. which isn't a whole lot hahaha

    Yesterday's workout:

    Deadlifts & Rack pulls (I mix it up)

    Warm up 135 from the ground: 30 reps
    Warm up 225 from the ground: 18 reps
    Acclimation set: 315 x 6
    365 x 7
    then switch to rack pulls... (bar under the knee)
    405 x 6
    425 x 4
    back to the floor
    225 x burnout, don't remember the reps

    (note: when I do the rack pulls I do a 4 count going down as slow as possible and really feel it pull in the lats, also doing this has made my floor deadlift go up)

    Lat pull down: Overhand semi-wide grip

    Acclimation set: 200 x 8
    Work sets: 240x 6
    260x 4
    260 x 4
    (minimal momentum on these, I'm not swinging)

    Hack Squat:

    Warm up: no plates x 20
    Warm up: 1 plates/ side x 15
    Acclimation: 2 plates/ side x 8
    Work sets: 3 plates/ side x 6
    3 plates/ side x 6
    3 plates/ side x 5

    (Similar to my rack pulls, I do about a 4 or 5 count going down until the sled reaches the bottom and then explode up, my feet are how Dorian does it with heels touching and toes pointed out)

    Seated DB Curls

    Warm up: 30 x 10
    Warm up: 40 x 6
    Warm up: 45 x 6
    Work sets: 50 x 8
    50 x 7
    50 x 6

    Extreme stretching for the back and quads then done!

    Oh and I figure I'll go ahead and post my Pre-Blood work:

    I'm just gonna post the good stuff, but I'm happy to say that everything else was nicely in normal range (WBC, RBC, platelet count, etc...)

    results / units / reference

    Testerona, Serum 594 / ng dl / 249 -836

    Lh 7.6 / miu-ml / 1.7 - 8.6

    Fsh, serum 1.6 / miu-ml / 1.5 - 12.4

    Estradiol 25.7 / pg ml / 7.6 - 42.6


    How do I look for a 28 year old male? haha

    Came home last night to find a package!





    Popped my first pill and went to the gym!

    Incline DB Press:

    warm up - 45 x 15
    warm up - 60 x 15
    warm up - 75 x 9
    warm up - 90 x 4
    acclimation - 100 x 1
    work set - 100 x 8
    work set - 100 x 7
    work set - 100 x 5

    (haven't done this in a while and actually isn't part of my routine anymore due to the fact our db's only go up to 100lbs )


    Chest Dips:

    warm up - bw x 10
    acclimation - bw+30lb db x 10
    work set - bw+45lb db x 7
    work set - bw+45lb db x 6
    work set - bw+45lb db x 6

    (I do these very slow and deep. I hold the db with my feet and bring it up a bit like a hanging leg raise almost so it pulls me forward to really stretch the chest at the bottom)


    Seat side lateral:

    warm up - 20 x 12
    warm up - 30 x 12
    acclimation - 35 x 3
    work set - 40 x 8
    work set - 40 x 6
    work set - 40 x 6

    (I start from under my legs and jerk as little as possible with a squeeze at the top)


    BB Shrugs:

    acclimation - 225 x 8
    work set - 315 x 8
    work set - 315 x 8
    work set - 315 x 6

    (I normally go heavier on these, but didn't have my straps and my forearms were already shot so grip was done by the time I got to these!)


    Standing calve raise machine:

    (not sure on weight as some of the numbers have rubbed off LOL!)

    warm up - 1/4 stack x 15
    warm up - 1/4 stack x 15
    acclimation - 1/2 stack x 10
    work set - little over 1/2 stack x 10
    work set - little over 1/2 stack x 11 (?)
    work set - 1/4 stack x 15 (one leg at a time)

    LOL!


    Went on to the ab machine and finshed off! WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!


    Not my best yet but really wasn't feeling it yesterday and sadly only about 40 minutes after this my little sister (n' law) runs in the house telling us our brother was t-boned by a car while riding his motorcycle, so I didn't even get to eat until we got home about 4am. Doesn't matter though obviously we just wanted to make sure he was ok and thankfully he was released with us and will be fine. Unbelievably Luckey!!!!!! (which is his name hahaha)

    Heading to the gym tonight to move some weight! I dunno if this is from the Phyto or maybe my finace' just really sparked my interest but I've been fucking the hell out of her more than usual hahaha

    Example: So I annihilated her in the shower last night, we get cleaned up, and as she's turning around to get out I grab her and slam it again for another full run! She was like WTF! haahahhahaa Feels like I just met her all over so even if this is the only thing I get from this stuff I'll be happy haahah!

    Hit the gym yesterday! AHHHHHHHHHH!

    Warmed the quads and hams up first with some leg extensions and standing leg curls.

    Over to the squat rack!!!!

    I do box squats mostly as I like to come down, stop to lose all momentum, and then push back up. At the lowest point I am completely parallel.

    Warm up - 135 x 20
    warm up - 225 x 12
    (something twinged in my left hamstring, this is the first I've squatted in 2 weeks so I may have rushed it)
    acclimation - 275 - 5
    work set - 315 x 5 (hamstring was killing me)
    work set - 315 x 3


    Lying leg curl

    acclimation - 180 x 5
    work set - full stack (230 I think) x 7
    work set - full stack x 6


    Barbell Row

    I warm up with db's lying against an incline bench up to 60's then switch to BB

    warm up - 135 x 12
    warm up - 185 x 8
    acclimation - 225 x 2
    work set - 235 x 9
    work set - 235 x 8
    work set - 235 x 8


    Seated DB Bicep Curls (both arms same time)

    warm up - 30 x 12
    warm up - 35 x 12
    warm up - 40 x 10
    acclimation - 45 x 2
    work set - 50 x 8
    work set - 50 x 7
    work set - 50 x 6


    As I'm leaving one my buddies walked in who normally works out at another gym and told me he's switched over to mine now. WOOOOT! I may have a workout partner again and can go back to more of a bodybuilding split! He's my height but 55lbs heavier and lean as hell so I can learn a lot from this bastard! hahaha However I told him I'm logging this product and he was pretty damn skeptical LOL

    We'll see, we're barely in the beginning of all of this!
