The name says it all. Now all the pro bodybuilders will be able to see my secrets in which they have so long sought after. lol. Truth be told, I'm just sick of writing down my numbers in a logbook. This seems easier.

sick today, so no workout.

I swear , being sick is the worst fucking feeling. On another note, I finished my last final today. I'm officially done with my first year of college. Now its time to really start growing!

well ok yesterday i had a great chest and tricep day.incline bp 2 warm ups,sets 225/250/275/ 8-10reps,flat bench 250lbs/275lbs/315/ 6-10reps.weighted dips on a nautilus machine,60lbs 80lbs 140lbs.to end with cable cross-overs,uni lateral arm reverse grip,overhead extensions barbell done.
