still tired and not feeling likemy 100% bad ass self yet still feeling a bit watery. hope it gets out of my system in the next day or 2. been eating well...so nice to have variety back in my diet. i missed my berries and greek yogurt
i did get in a full week of training...though its more reps and shorter rest periods now. i need to get feeling 100% b4 i go balls to wall w the weights.
having a big picnic sunday w bio fam. get to meet everyone...kinda overwelming..so many people~APS HI TECH PHARMACEUTICALS ATHLETE

Ooooh I love greek yogurt that was one of my fav meals off season had it with FF Granola YUMMY!!!
Enjoy the picnic that must be very exciting!!
