Back Day chasing Dr J
I told Joe I was going to best his pulls by 1 rep in the racks deads.....aint happening! Lost my grip on rep 5. But I was happy that I got that considering Ive lost 10-11 lbs since last back day. Holding steady @ 219-220
2 sets of wide grip pullups and 2 sets of narrow grip chins superset w reverse hypers with feet all the way down at bottom of platform all to failure

WS: 405x15/495x12/585x5...damit lost my grip or I would have gotten 6! I'll get ya next time!
cable narrow reverse grip pulldowns 4 sets of 12 WS 3x RP plus FRs
Incline bench face down bialteral DB rows 4 sets of 12 WS 4 x RP plus FRs

3/17 Delts/Traps
Trained Delts w BamBam and posed w him for an hour
5 Giant sets of DB side laterals/front laterals and BB rows 25-50 reps ea exercise
4 sets of rear delt DB laterlas 20 reps
4 sets of rear delt machine 25-50 reps ws drop 4x + PRs
4 sets of machine presses
