I hear ya James, and I have been doing back squats ALOT and my hams and glutes show it. So I'm switching to my weakness (quads) until they catch up. I really suck at Front Squats so I am going to start with them every leg day until I can do them as well as the back squats. I'm all about priortizing my weakness. Every other leg day I will do them both.

You can order them from the website....just send me an email with address, size and color. The colors are hit or miss, because this has become very popular and I have a hard time keeping them. The color I get the most of is dark grey and light grey. I got a black vneck in today to try in the same material so I may start offering that as well.

That's what I like about this material......it conforms to YOUR body. There is no tight fit, rather it kinda snuggles you around the large areas and fits loose around the small one...make since? arms fit snug, waist hangs
I think you could wear xl unless you really want it to be very loose
For reference I just got measured for a tux for my daughters wedding so I know my current cold measurements 19" arms 48" chest waist 34 225lbs

That is Awesome Mike in NJ days new Rich Gaspari some ran into him years later and now he remembered me he was the first great bb to really get into nutrition and now his company is doing great. I also used to work for Troponin Nutrition but wanted to go on my own but with another full time job and was doing some pt on the side but now ready and need to take this thing off. Would love to meet and talk some day.

4 sets leg exts x 15
5 sets BB sumo back squats x 10-12
5 sets Smith Machine Front Squats x 10-12
5 sets heavy ass leg exts x 12-15
Everything was heavy ass weight down to the bottom Damn feels goods to lift heavy chit again!

James we'd have to cut (2) xxl in half and sew them together to be able to fit your monster body!
BTW I took to heart your suggestion and squatted heavy ass back squats before doing front squats today. If I cant walk tomorrow its your fault! Talk about a CNS killer! 10 sets out of the hole!
