carbing up on cytomel?
Any suggestions if running androgens?
Any changes need to be made to carb up?

carbing up is different for everybody bro, it depends on your prep and how flat you are, some people need alot of carbs to fill back out and others need very little

ya..thats a really tuff question to answer...like ricker said..carbing up is very person dependent...

thanks guys...how bout protein consumption on friday and saturday during carb up? like i know im gonna keep protein up 75-80% on friday but on saturday it says bites of protein would does taht mean just 15-20 grams direct protein with each carb up meal???

In my experience cytomel makes it more difficult to carb up. I've always kept my protein intake the same with the carb up meals. I also add humulin R to my carb up.

i figured it out for show my carb up just needed way more carbs and then some compared to wat i thot it was gonna be..ate 4 pumpkin pies tonis of peanut butter and steak day of show

don't know if this is tool late........did u do ur show???......i've heard people say when dieting for a comp, be prepared n shredded 2weeks out, that way you can experiment with carbing up to know exactly how to do it for ur show.......
i'm no guru, but like to consider myself as an info junkie........

i won heavyweight and the overall for show...gotta another show april 2nd mid illinois wont be on t3 this time so hopefully still goes good
