Russia Vs USA: Strongest Man Event

I've just heard of an event that will take place in a couple of days.
Pacific Strong will host a strongman event called where the US team (Andy Vincent and Travist Ortmayer) will compete against the Russian Team (Misha Koklyaev and Alexander Klyushev).

2 man teams. ortmayer is one american but I dont know the other. they have one in the ukraine the following week.

Actually, Koklyaev will not compete in this cause he has partially torn is quad at the russia weughtlifting championship (plus the fact that he doesnt do strongman anymore) and there will be Lysenko instead.

Just a couple of days after winning America's Strongest Man Travis along with Andy Vincent travelled to Vladivostok in Russia.

Events included Stones, max log, deadlift and several death medleys, 6 events in total. Team USA won the Stones, deadlift and 2 medleys making it 4 event wins thus beating the Russians on their own turf!!! After the battle they had to get there (visa issues, arrived 4 hours before contest started and 3 days of travel) Team USA prevail and bring it home, looks like choosing the Houston boys for Team USA was the right choice!

Just saw this, that video was bad ass....so good in fact it made Russia look like a good place to go on vacation, which i would have never thought in the past.
