I love recovery, But i never tried the others. You know I do fst-7. And I beleive recovery( not talkin about the product) is very important when doing fst-7.

Arms today. First time I ever curled a 100lb barbell( rest pause). This is the first time I have ever not been sore the day after legs. Did my 7's , but the workout took a little longer than I wanted...
* posing: looked pretty good. Definatly much thicker. I would really like my lat spread to improve though.
* Fun facts: Som1 asked if I was a bodybuilder today, and that always feel good. Also, I saw blood and gut for the first time yesterday, and i'm a better man because of it! lol

I agree recovery is huge. I take torrent now and love it, just don't know if the progenx recovery is better
