scooby seems to be the serious type, help out competitors with total honesty.........he may come off as dry, but i think he means well........
but i would be kinda offended if i was called retarded too lol..........

Lacking a bit in the hamstring/adducter area of the legs and ive had the EXACT same problem with my legs failing behind..
add in 1-3 sessions of hit on the recumbent bike or backwards on the elliptical had helped me.
also ai will help with lower body..
