Thanks guys... Joe Gold was a great man. Yeah he was cranky and cantankerous, but was also in a lot of pain. He had terrible back problems - probably from building all that equipment himself. I've met a lot of people in this biz who are gone now... Joe is one of whom I think about almost every day. I just wanted everyone to know how much of a difference he made in our world.

I always liked reading about Joe. He sounded like one hardcore SOB. He did not put up with any shit that is for sure. It would have been awesome to have a guy like that around. Someone to motivate u and just a guy that u know will always be there.
