TREN...bulk, or cut?

Tren can definitely effect sleep and mood!!!

i usually get all the good benefits and no sides when i run low dosages 200-300mg/wk

i stick with 1ml EOD so the stuff you make is normally 75mg/ml. i did try to run one ml every day and it was too much. Got real bad cramping in my neck/head. That is also when i went crazy. The crazyness happened before but I never associated it with the tren. I thought it was too much estrogen or something else but now I am very sure it was the tren.

i dont sleep as well when on it but I do ok. it is the shit though. So far nothing has given me more strength or made me look better than tren. i have not done any orals so i cant compare the strength gain with tren to something like drol or dbol.

tren is a very effective no ,matter what your goals are aside from endurance. it also carries a lot of negative effects.

yep i agree, i never experienced this cramping your talking about.. Idk if cramping falls into the category of the side effects of tren tho... I could be wrong.. just never heard of it.

I am bulking with it now at 50mg ED with test prop. It is my first run with tren. It's day 4 so I don't have an opinion yet. Have yet to encounter a side

i get cramping on Tren, but the more i take the worse it gets (in the face muscles too, like you mentioned, plus calfs, lats, triceps)

and if you combine it with other drying compounds then it really fucks you up

i think extra water intake would do the trick, and maybe creatine helps offset any diuretic effect (my theory)

Tren is an awesome recomp drug.

I have used it various ways and for cutting its a bit better than for bulking.
