5 weeks out of figure contest
I was wondering what would be the best thing to take to tighten up upper leg and glutes. My friend has done three shows has placed well but has problems with tighting her glutes and upper legs. Her diet is good just looking for some help with problem areas.

Yohimbine hcl, drop carbs, more cardio and maybe a cheat meal to fire up metabolism if she's been low carbs for a long time with our a refeed

If you want to go into the chemistry - nolvadex & proviron - but gotta get on it asap because it takes time to work. This is a classic cutting stack to pull in the estrogen-pattern fat depositing.
Otherwise I'd also call it out as something to work on in the off-season. For most women this is primarily an estrogen-driven issue. So spending the time off-season to work on changing your body composition and allow your body to accommodate it and support it, so you aren't looking for desperation fixes 5 weeks out from a show.
Another consideration is the number of shows already completed in a short period of time- contest cutting, is by nature a catabolic process, and will be costing muscle even while continuing to drop fat. You didn't mention when these 3 shows were but just to call it out as figure competitors tend to do multiple shows in a season.
