Powerlifting is a type of resistance training. It requires precise technique to prevent injury to joints and especially the lower back and neck, because powerlifting. I like to visit this post ones again thanks for sharing the informative post.

I 100 % agree with you man. People think anyone can a PL, when in fact there's so much to it if you want to be good at it. Knowing how to stay injury through modalities such massage therapy, foam rolling (I prefer a rumble roller), chiropractor visits once every so often, usage of a TENs unit, stretching, muscular imbalances and how to correct them and the list just gooeeesss on especially in technique. don't even get me started on rookies and terrible technique lol.
