i do a hour of cardio six days a week and training as well on the ketogenic diet,i pretty much just listen to body and had a cheat meal,and man i feel great!

cool, I am doing 90 min 7 days a week of cardio on Dave's diet, and I am gaining weight lately, so I am being extra careful on the cheats from now on.
