Thread: Water Retention with Anavar

Yea, depo is a high dose and has a reputation for promoting water retention and all the other fun stuff of a period. It might be your body's reaction to the presence of these two hormone manipulators. Try the dandelion root. Also , is it the time of the month when you would get a period? It doesn't matter if there's no flow or not - your body is still running on a 28 day cycle - its just a matter of how big the swing in your hormone profile and how you respond to it that makes a period miserable or not. It may be that it is that time of the month and you are still getting the sidies that come w/ that time of the month, even tho no flow.

Why the drpo?
is it to prevent pregnancy ?
If it has been 11 years, why not get fixed,.., you can keep the ovaries...

11yrs and this is the first I've retained water anywhere, if that's what it is. Then again, our bodies DO start changing, especially in our fourties... so ya never know. Maybe the depo is starting to disagree with me, but it's kinda coincidental that it's during my cycle (of gear). Water retention only stayed the two days...
Here's a question for ya: Would Anavar, EQ, or GH just START to cause bloating after 6wks, 7wks, and 2mths ??? (I wouldn't think so but I don't know because I haven't used these in previous cycles.)

Funny you mention ovaries. I only have one now, had ovarian cancer.
Maybe GH will help me grow another one. HAHA! gotta laugh...

water
I would reduce the dosages of all your taking and see what happens.. there seems to be a sweet spot, and not all are the same...
If i go up in test I hold water... gh could be right away on the water, it does fo rme
I get real flush and red faced right away with GH.. i just lower dose...

Thanks -
can't really lower my gh though, I'm only taking 1iu as it is...
what do you think though, can bloat start like 7wks already into a cycle from gear or gh? My sides have basically all gone away so on that front things are better. My sodium is approx 1,000 but maybe even that's too high with the var's water weight? EDIT: or EQ/GH water weight. I almost feel like I'm getting a muffin top now.Last edited by heyitsme; 08-09-2011 at 08:36 PM. Reason: EDIT: or EQ/GH water weight.

BTW, ankles are back to being dainty, no more crazy pumps. Not sure what the heck that was all about for those few days but whatever. Thanks for trying to figure this out with me everyone. Maybe it wasn't the Var, and although I log everything online and it tells me, maybe just somehow I'm not seeing something in the diet area and its as simple as that. I find it very odd (for the cycle) that this many weeks later I'm only holding water now. Must be diet somehow.

Good point. Although my diet is as strict as it was when I started and nothing there has changed. It seems like I'm stalling... or its the Var.
Funny you mention a mini Keto though, cuz I was just talking not two minutes ago about starting that in the morning. I have been upping my (clean) carbs to about 100grms/day because I was quite tired, and it took care of the tiredness mostly. It's only since introducing those carbs that this is happening... !!! So frustrating.

Generally the first place to look is your diet when something changes in your body. So what's happening is EXACTLY what you'd expect if you went from keto to carb up. Try a carb cycle if that keeps things a little more even. Otherwise just give it a few days so your body can process the carbs.

Yup you are right. It's the carbs blowing me up is all. As soon as I eat even 1/3 cup of oatmeal it shows. But then later in the day any bloat is gone.
Thanks everyone .
P.S. DAMN Waldon Farms... I was just introduced to these condiments/dressing and haven't included them in my daily totals for sodium... a little here and a little there have added up I'm sure. I'm going to cut them out completely for a while.

Number of the researches have been conducted and most of the researcher says the the use of the plane water is more useful for the human body as compared to the fresh water. They also recommend the use of the 16 glass in a day.

Plane water? How am I supposed to secure Plane water? Does the airport sell it? How is plane water different than fresh water?
personally, I think I'll stick with fresh water. You guys with the huge sponsor ads in your signatures make reading the forums annoying.
