I still don't look like it though and thats all that matters. You look like your way over 200lbs man. Your delts and arms look ridiculous!
I don't know how much further I want to push it. I want to be a light heavy next year but I don't want to gain too much fat this offseason. Waiting on Jason's word on what we are doing next but I am guessing he will back me down from my 4k calories a day soon.

Some pics. Been gaining for 3 weeks now and my weight was 197 on Friday. I have stayed somewhat lean so far IMO, minus my midsection and lower-back but that is expected since I hold ALOT of my fat there. Still holding some water from my cheats this weekend and 300g carb refeed last night so I might snap some more pics on Friday and see the difference.

Well, inspired by Big Dre's recent picture posting, I decided to toss one out... And only in here because I frequent this thread and Dre's more than others and just letting you guys know I'm not a 14 year old or shut in..lol
Anyways, I was 166.5 this am.. still way more BF than I want, but working to improve that everyday... Hopefully in the next few months, I'll be able to make some great gains and post an update.. Thanks guys for motivating me to keep pushing forward, I've got a long, long way to go...

I was up to about 240 2 years ago, got down to 195 the beginning of this year and then started working with Jason.. And damn I didn't know what I was doing, he has really turned things around for me.. Now I just need to keep working hard and follow his instructions... and I should be good to go..
