I've been eating 3,500 scoobs "load" diet that BC is on and I've just bumped it up from 3,500 calories per day to 4,000. Carbs are cycled on a 3 day period and protein is consistent. With this next 4K cycle I'll be eating 500 carbs on one of the days. (50% of the total calories). Taking digestive enzymes with every meal wiich makes it easier for me to eat.
