ThanksKevin, I appreciate the impute. I've really gotten to enjoy seeing how muchpain I can inflict on my legs lately and actually get excited when I know legtraining is coming!! I'm working hard at making this my best showing ever. Ihope things are going well for you.

I haven't completely gone away. I did partially tear and ab muscle 6 weeks ago playing baseball with my 12 year old. I had to scale back workouts for the past few weeks but I'm almost at 100% intensity now with my training. Here's a pic taken today of my back. Not terribly lean but in decent shape and holding most of my size. I know I need to wax that hair off my back. lol.

Thanks. I'm doing the best I can with what I have left. I'll be 47 this October and I'm still going pretty strong. I've dropped back about 7-10 pounds of weight from where I was and this seems to be a good weight for me at this time in my life. 190-195. Still in love with BB but not sure about competing....we'll see. I know I can still do it, it's just not the time right now. Make no mistake though I am and will be always training hard and looking for improvements. You guys have ALL made some incredible improvements over this past year and it makes me proud that you younger guys are going to take the torch and run with it......
