    Depends on the mesocycle Austin sets up for me (he does all my training) sometimes they are paired with arms, sometimes with back, sometimes train lets 2-3x a week.

    Thanks fellas. I don't have a problem standing next to anyone width wise but the thickness is a non stop project. The one downside of having a big frame is it takes a lot longer to fill out lol
