thanks. no, i dont do anything special. just my maintenance diet and train them once a week.
i'm always vascular. sometimes it comes out more depending on if i'm holding water
from a cheat meal.

Side chest off season begins, just finished pct and I'll be clean for the next couple months till its bulk time

i tried the fat bulk last season and struggled to get to stage condition... never again, i am sitting at 92kg now off season and compete as a Master ( 47!! ) at 84kg.. next year i will be better with bigger wheels and hope to still be able to get on stage around 88 kg..
