Still around 197. Only on TRT Doc script. Have filled out and recomped some. Looking to be around 180-185 by summer and close to my previous condition. No plans on doing anything more than TRT therapy though.

Weight is down to 217, 3 pounds this week! Only doing 20 min cardio 4 x week

Training 4 times a week , nothing crazy as far as moving weight but pretty fast paced workouts getting excellent pumps

With all the drama about photo shopping pics, all photographers do it to some extent. So that pic is touched up for sure. Like Dave and Romano said on Iron Rage. Every supplement ad you see every magazine front cover etc is photo shopped these days

Current weight is
219 up a little bit from this weekend but im sure will hit 216 by Saturday which will be another pound down from previous low

Current macros are
350 pro
270 carbs
62 fat

Cardio now 35 min 4 x week

Supplements have been brought down real low trt levels.. Still holding well
