Thanks Hoss! I'm in rehab right now.lol. I look at myself in the mirror and I have to say it's OK to have this much BF. "You're Fine". I really don't feel comfortable at all when I get this heavy. I'm going to let this play out and see if I can gain some qualtiy muscle over the next few months as long as it doesn't screw with my head too much.

Bro my thoughts are this (being a former fatty believe me, I am very, very self conscious) if your abs show (and yours do) your G2G....especially with the added muscle that surrounds them.

Thanks guys! I'm putting on weight which is translating into some muscle gain. If I'm planning on moving up a weightclass then this is what has to be done.......
p.s. I hesitate to post pics anymore because BCs freaky hard and growing physique.

The best probiotic I have taken is Gut health by Genomyx. I highly suggest you look into it. It was discontinued for a short while but now its back. Start with two caps after your last meal for 5 days (loading phase) and then 1 cap after that. Very good product and this comes from someone who has trouble with Bowel Movements, this has me flowing (sorry about that) but its the truth. Product does it job.
Any tips on chest training? I have been doing it 2x a week. One day (Monday) i go at it hard with low rep range power movements (Heavy Incline/Flat) then later in the week (Friday) i go at it with hypertrophy focus and Mind Muscle Connection/Time under tension using Cables and Hammer Strength machines to really get the muscles firing.Last edited by The Solution; 08-26-2011 at 08:29 PM.

Whats been helping me with my chest and everything really. Is hitting the muscle with compound movements, heavy as posiible but with good form and concentrated negative, in the 8-12 rep range. Then stretching in between each exercise for 30-45 seconds. Then at the end of the workout filling the muscle with as much blood as possible(fst-7 or widowmaker type stuff). Then stretching the muscle again. Causes DOMS(delayed onset muscle soreness)

Thanks for your input Jeremy.
My chest has always lagged behind 32 years of training!! I've done it all. This past year I've pretty much done a completely different chest workout every time I walk in the gym. For me sheer size isn't my goal at this point in my life but filling it in and bringing the edges more prominent are. I've increased the incline to a higher position on both incline presses and flyes to bring up my upper pecs. I've also done more declines (mostly hammer) to fill in the lower outer edges. Pre-exhaust has been working for me by doing all flye movements first then fiinsh with pressing movements. Sets are between 14-18 total sets for chest. There's really know Magic bullet IMO when it comes to development a lagging part except hitting in more often and from many different angles. I've still got a ways to go to get those pecs I want...but don't we all. That's the beauty of this sport, never satisfied and always striving to be better.....
Note.
I've brought up other weaker bodyparts thru out my body with success but the chest is my problem area so I'm also open to more suggestions from you guys.......You have posted some chest exercises before and it has helped but any new technique, exercise, angle whatever it is we'd love you hear it.....Last edited by KevinCouch; 08-26-2011 at 11:43 PM.

kevin u great what i call a pyhsique to kill for, im a taller guy 6'1 so filling out has always been my main priority, but right now ive been going with the "screw what the scale says" mentality. Its pointless for me to reach a goal of 260 if when i get there i look like a slob, ya know. So i take each day by the mirror. i dont wanna make my prep any harder than it already has to be
