I just got on here this morning as saw this pic BC. I took a pic almost exactly like this a couple of days ago at 203 pounds. Let's just say I'm not posting it......lol. You look 200 pounds in this pic BC. I'm blown away at the size you've put on.

X2! You look way fuller and still hard - nice work. Abs look good too - you don't look as "pregnant" as you feel! What are you eating for carbs to get the cals up so high? I'm trying the same now and really having a tough time forcing all that rice and oatmeal down my throat!

someone asked me this question in another. so i just copied it here.
Carbs:
meal One: Oats
meal two: sweet potato
meal three: rice
meal four: cream of wheat
Meal fiveost work out,: pancakes,syrup,grape juice
meal six: pasta,sauce,grape juice
protein was from chicken and egg whites
fat from yolks and EVOO
