    Here's this week's pic at 202 pounds. No pump. Still have abs and vascularity. Losing some separation at this weight. I've been eating 3,500 scoobs "load" diet that BC is on and I've just bumped it up from 3,500 calories per day to 4,000. Carbs are cycled on a 3 day period and protein is consistent. With this next 4K cycle I'll be eating 500 carbs on one of the days. (50% of the total calories). Taking digestive enzymes with every meal wiich makes it easier for me to eat.

    Kevin you know all the problems that I have with my stomach anyway someone recommended NATREN HEALTHY TRINITY to me and it is expensive but worth it. I only take 1 Probiotic per day as opposed to one or a
    few with any other products. The cheapest I found was on AMAZON!!!

    BC bro you are so LUCKY I would do anything to be in your position. I came home last Saturday at 212 and after a weekend of eating like a normal person I am back up to 227!!!! SO ENJOY IT MY FRIEND

    Thanks for the info JD! The ones I've been taking Digestive Gold and their really expensive especially when you take 2 pill five times per day. I'll look into this...Appreciate it.
