    Here's this week's pic. I'm at 200 on the nose today. Still have muscle separation in quads at this weight. Today I've bumped up carbs to 450 per day. Gonna see how I respond to this increase. I've lost a couple of pounds the last few days.

    Thanks Kevin. I need my physique to be more balanced like yours. Looking freaky lean yourself at 200. Are you planning on moving up to the middleweights?

    Thanks MM. Yes definitely maiking the move up to middleweights. I've put on size all over since last year's Masters. Not sure what show is next for me I've got a very sick Mother and am caring for her. I will probably end up doing the Masters Nats again next year as a middleweight.

    Thanks JD! I'm not sure about weight gain. I'm just gonna keep this Scooby diet he created for BC and see where it takes me. I put on about 8 pounds the last 3 weeks since I decided NOT to do the Nationals then just like that I miss a couple meals over the weekend because of Hurricane Irene here in Richmond, VA I drop back 3 pounds.

    I still have a ways to go if I were to compete as a lightheavy at national level IMO but if I do gain to 215ish this offseason then who knows....

    I hope your able to get some productive training in too with that shoulder!

    seriously though, i dont know what you call it. striations or separations.
    but when you flex its deep. i lack that. i guess that comes with more consistency and time.
