I like this idea of digging up old photos, shows us how far we have come, I'll see if I can find some as well
"But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: while we were yet sinners Christ died for us."

I hate this photo its before i started body for life which really worked well. But obviously the pic next to is ten years later. I think it demonstrates how shitty my starting genetics were. but I remember reading when i started that a young man at 20 if you had him train consistenly for ten years not missing meals or training he could look TOTALLY and COMPLETELY different from when he started. Im glad I listened and kept with it.

09-02-2011, 06:42 PM #2022I found this gem this was me summer of 2003, thatd make me 24 here. This was after my first show and I really gained well after the diet, Ive always been able to gain well after a long dieting phase. About 6 mos after this photo i started to have health complications stemming from muscular imbalances and anxiety that I had no clue I had. It caused me to stay out of the gym 3 years. I shrank and at age 28 I had to start COMPLETELY over. My first show back i got 6th, ONLY time Ive never placed (aside from national shows). Thereafter I got my shit together because that stung, and I havent lost at a local regional or state show in my respective division since 2007.
I was 165 gym weight here so more like 160.
