Hahaha yeah I hear that dude. I'm a hairy beast by nature so removal is just part of the regime right now, plus the wifey likes me smooth, it encourages her tongue to be on me.

^ BC your back is looking nasty, probably the most improved bodypart from your pics few months back.
I recommend if you're gonna do slin, get some bulk BCAA's, creatine, dextrose, and do Mutants protocol. I will send you the link if and when you decide.
I have to say I credit sleep big time in the fact I have changed my body so much in the last year. I am lucky enough to not have to wake up at any given time (to a degree) and just let my body wake up when it's ready. I usually sleep 10 hours a night sometimes 11 and wake up feeling amazing.

I know some people think that sleeping long is lazy, I honestly NEED to sleep atleast 8 hours. Not even for bodybuilding. I have friends who live off 6 hours no problem, sometimes 4. My mental well being and sanity starts to slip away from me if I undersleep, anxiety and the works. But I am fucking golden if I sleep enough. I never intentionally sleep super long just cause I don't want to get up, I just wake up when my body tells me too.
I also got a kid on the way so I know sleep will be a little harder to find for those first months, so I am abusing my freedom to sleep while I can!

Thanks bro, short term, I want to put on LBM, really try to bring up my arms and shoulders.
Eventually I want to get back on stage, but I have a certain look I feel I want to accomplish before I do it, and I feel I have a ways to go to get that look.
Also, my life is so hectic right now with 3 young children, that I don't think I could handle a prep right now, offseason training and meal prep is hard enough!
Beast! Staying incredibly tight at that weight, look like you could cut for a month or so and do some real damage as a MW!
