Lol. There's guys at my gym that wear beanies to look bad ass, but its always hot as hell in there. Sometimes I wish I had a shaved head...and then I think how awesome my full head of hair looks...lol. I have a weird shaped head though, when they shaved it in basic training I looked like an alien

Looking good... I may be mistaken.. but were you pushing the top of the lightweights your last comp ? With as lean as .you are now I'm guessing you'll end up jumping up a class....

And what's the issue ... Everyone in Ohio works out like that..

I should be a welter this year. Im about 175 now I plan to slowly head up to 180 and stay very lean doing so.

Last year I was at the top of the LW class you are correct.

This year Ill def be a welter at Jr Nationals. I hope to do a slow recomp until about 6-8 weeks out and then be around 172ish and just coast in make weight and fill back out. Thats in a perfect world, the bottom line as always will be just getting nasty lean.

not too sure Bob but if your familiar with nyc at all its not far once u go through the holland tunnel. also right near the west side highway. hope that helps.

i was wondering if you guys would be able to tell me what u think my bf% is?
ive been dieting for the last 12 weeks, down to 85kg(187lbs) from 90kg(198lbs) @5'8

how much longer do you think id need to see stage shape?

Looking good man. I don't know anything about stage weight and stuff, but if I were to make a guess where you are now based on that pic I'd say about 11-12%. I could be way off though. Keep up the work man, you're doing great.

You look like you are in good shape. From just the pic you posted and not taking your lower body into consideration I'd say 9-10%
