My upper body is now is getting more vascular now. It's still not as lean as lower body but it's coming around. I weigh 193. Delt separation is beginning to come in too.
My back is holding more fat than any other bodypart right now.

What's up guys, decided to do a show in a little less than 6 weeks from now..Wasn't planning on doing it but figured that I'd get my feet wet and get some stage experience...here's a back shot taken today first thing in the morning..

Thanks guys. I'm pluggin away and making improvements. I bumped up calories this week because I was beginning to flatten out last week and my loose skin has filled back in making me appear leaner. I'll just keep adjusting calories as needed from how I look in the mirror. It's a trial and error game but I've been doing this for so long I am very intuned with my physique so hopefully it'll be less error and more success!!!

Here's a pic from behind. My son took it before I was even finished spreading my lats then ran off.....oh well. It's very blurry too because I think the camera was moving. lol.
But this gives you an idea of the outline of my back to waist ratiio and my overall size of my back. It actually does look a little better than this pic but I'll take what I can get when I can someone else to take a pic for me.......I think my back will look much thicker (and better) once I drop more fat. You can't see in this pic but I do have some vascularity in my back right now.
