Update on My Plans.
After long discussions with family I'm going to skip the Masters Nationals this summer for a couple of reasons. First, is because my family hasn't had gone on a family vacation in three years. 2010 I competed in Masters, 2011 my mom was sick the whole year and couldn't go anywhere. It's really important for me to have a long 2 week family vacation this year and not have to worry about my diet, training. Just want to kick back and relax and enjoy life.
The other reason is I still have in the back of my head that I want to do the Nationals this fall. I feel I would be very competitive regardless of my age 45. At 190 pounds I'm very lean so I'm gonna just train hard and eat a good offseason diet thru summer and see where it takes me. I'll still be posting progress pics on here but you'll begin to see my physique looking a little bigger and fuller with a little less definition. Keep training men. I am.

17 Weeks out.. taken this morning upon waking after 45 minutes of LISS Cardio.. Bodyweight is 161 and was fluctuating between 160.5 (new low)
Got a lot of work to do, but I have a good eye with Jason over me so I am just going to keep putting in my work and bringing my best.
Kevin, I am very sorry to hear you will not be competing, but we all know that real life > bodybuilding and the stage will always be there. its great to see that you are making your family priority. I was really looking forward to seeing you there and having someone to talk to backstage, would of really helped ease my mind stepping on the collegiate national stage compared to a smaller show like i did last year (NPC Great Lakes/Grand Prix in Columbus) Keep training hard.2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year
