Still gaining some strenth during prep. 11 weeks into dieting and 11 to go. Added 3 reps to my squat in the last 4 weeks
Hit 330 for 6 reps today at a bodyweight of 157. Form is a little shaky but it was a max effort set going balls out:
looks good to me great work and quads are clearly responding. you know a natty guy is truly dieting right when hes clearly getting leaner and still getting stronger. doing something right buddy!
