Salmon Anyone???
I never use to care for salmon but now it has become my favorite fish. Hope you like some of these recipes... they are all yummy!!!
Dilly Salmon Fillets
4 - 6 oz salmon fillets (fresh IS best)
3 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons of fresh dill
2 Tablespoons of Mac Nut Oil
2 Teaspoons of Dijon Mustard
Black Pepper/Sea Salt
Mix lemon juice, dill, oil and mustard.
Pour over salmon and marinate at room temp. about 10/15 minutes (while oven or grill heats up)
Remove from marinade, season with pepper/salt to taste and grill or broil until salmon flakes easily.

Spicy Teriyaki-Glazed Salmon
4 - 6 oz salmon fillets
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Red Pepper Flakes (amount depends on how hot you like it)
in a small saucepan bring vinegar to a boil over medium heat, boil gently, uncovered, about 5 minutes or until reduced by half.
Stir in brown sugar, soy, ginger and red pepper flakes.
Brush both sides of salmon with sauce and grill or broil till fish flakes, use sauce to brush on fish while cooking...

Spicy Grilled Salmon
1 pound salmon fillet about 3/4 to 1 inch thick
2 teaspoons ground coriander
2 teaspoons groud cumin
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon (or more) cayenne pepper
Rinse, fish and pat dry with paper towel
Mix spices and rub onto salmon fillet
Grill (or broil) salmon till it flakes

Salmon with Lemon Thyme
4 - 6 oz salmon fillets
3 tablespoons olive oil or mac nut oil
2 teaspoons of snipped fresh lemon thyme (or regular thyme will do)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
juice of one lemon
brush salmon with oil.
sprinkle each fillet with thyme, salt and pepper
Grill or broil to fish flakes
Just before serving squeeze lemon juice over salmon

Orange Marinated Salmon Fillets
4 - 6oz salmon fillets
1/2 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons mac nut oil
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
Combine OJ, oil and seasoning.
Marinate in fridge 1-2 hrs
Drain fish and discard marinade
Grill or broil till fish flakesDon't let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it.

i just ate some salmon,baked mac oil sliced oranges on top,added omega italian dressing
