Damn!!!!......pretty sure I broke a toe for the 100th time!!!....120 lb db not racked properly abd fell right on it........looks like a purple and black vienna sausage!!!!...like I said, not the first time.....nothing can be done for it now anyway.......won't let it effect training so it's ok.

Slipped out and caught it right on the tip, Mike.....fotunately it was bottom rack and did not fall far.

some bruises heal some but never 100% I fell years ago on my hip on cement I was over a friends 's house who was a musician and he lived in like storage building made into an apartment, it had no ceiling had to step on these cement cylinders well I fell that bone was bruised for years, not sure ever will be 100%, it was 1999 I think close to year 2000 pretty sure, brings back painful memories.
