I feel bad for competitors in his class. Being backstage and seeing that conditioning you'd be like "I'm fucked." lol. Thats why they call Aceto the technician. Crazy triceps

sick condition!
On another note what is that black circle on his rear delt? Looks like a tat but that'd be a wierd place for one also just being a circle...birthmark perhaps?

seen it before, guys will look like over all winners weeks/days before the show then do crazy things the week before and who look changes to shit.
chris--from this point, dont you think he would have to just do whast hes been doing and just step on stage, would you even need to carb him up/drop water? he looks ready to go now...would this be a case where you dont need to do anything really?

What is the plan for the next two weeks? Try and maintain this? (I hope) Think just keep rolling with what is presently doing. Tan and oil, ready to go!!

I just wanted to thank everyone for the incredibly positive comments and to especially thank Chris. He is by far the best thing that has happened to me in bodybuilding. I have so much respect for him and am honored that he is working with me. Regarding the "black dot" on my shoulder, it is a tattoo. I am half Japanese and it is a tattoo of my family crest. The first show I plan on competing at is the NPC Pittsburgh Championships on May 7th. Thanks again everyone. Your support is truly appreciated.

shredded glutes and soft delts.. thats a strange sight. Great conditioning though Obviously. But we almost never see shredded delts these days and its a bummer.

Nice work on both parts, his and Chris's for brining that conditioning. He will do well where ever he competes I'm sure. What weight class will he be aiming for?

Big George!
You look sick bro! Definitely nailed it this year. I'm really happy for you and the family! It's about time some guys from the Midwest (other than Lib) earn some trophies at a big dance! Keep at it and kick ass! I'm here if you need anything (like a cheesburger or something. HA HA)
TEACH ME YOUR SECRETS YODA!

Thanks E. I will do my best. And then it's time for you to to get up there and once again show everyone just how good you are. Very proud of you. Keep up the good work.
Oh, and just in case I haven't said it enough in the last couple of days, "Thank you again for your help" (inside joke)

Man thats the kind of conditioning a competitor gets lucky to hit a hand full of times in their career!

You'd think that after busting your ass for 10+ weeks to get in killer shape, you would do your physique justice and not take such fucking shitty photos!

Cody's pics blow this away in my opinion but he looks way better than any condition I've been able to get into for a show so huge props to that!!

First, I didn't say THIS guy. lol
Second, yeah - you can still have lines and cuts in your shoulders... but think of the volume of shots these guys have to do. If you are hitting your shoulders once a week - it is too much over time. You can get the lines, you can't get the grainy striations there.
That is why sites like the lats, long head of the tricep are more desirable... for those who want to be able to get the most cuts they can. Those areas aren't the most likely to show it.
Glutes are a no-no IMO too... if you want to have them striated good.
