I am doing a keto diet and have smoe need2slin left.. .however I have started a bottle of oxyelitepro.. it is milder than most stimulants, and I like the thermometer rise.. 99.2 am off of one pill....

Oxy says DO NOT add any caffeine, coffee or any type of drinks or stims that contain caffeine or anything else....

I will be doing a re feed friday and part of saturday....

I almost bought R-ala today, but I remembered that N2S had ala in it...

SO what if I do my re feed without the OXY and add in the N2S for my carb up meals... they will be big and tons of sugar foods.....?

I guess if i pass out, it was not a good idea.... lol

I don't want to have a heart attach or anything...

what do you think NTBM.... ???

You should be fine, the only thing in N2S would be the synephrine, but it likely won't do much as far as making you pass out. If anything it'd be a little extra stim.

Also, don't use R-ALA. Either use Na-R-ALA (optimal form, also the one in N2S) or use just regular ALA. R-ALA has some data showing it doesn't absorb well compared to Na-R-ALA or ALA.

I've done CKD with Need2Slin and other partitioners before, they really help on refeeds, I didn't feel as bloated, and able to eat more without spilling over. The gymnema helps control carb absorption, so it's more spread out and will help control insulin response.

It's been a while I fell off the face of the earth in a way. I apologize for not posting my final picks. I had to start working two full time jobs and my focus was put 100% on my work. I'm back down to one job now and realized I never finished this log. Although I have no after picks I want to say Need2slin is one of my favorite supplements bar none and I'm excited to start taking it again. I felt actual results most notably in vascularity and fullness which is something pretty amazing in the supplement market. Now that my money is right I look forward to trying more Needtobuildmuscle products. Thanks again NTBM for the opportunity to try such a wonderful product.
