best post workout meal sticking to a keto diet?

i believe Daves diet says WPI w/ ANPB pre and post workout. I usually have 8oz of 97% ground beef with 1TBS Mac Nut Oil and a bowl of salad with oil n vinegar.

to be completely honest, i'm pretty sure dave doesn't care in which order you eat the meals. As long as they get taken in...

i would imagine (even though the difference may be marginal), that a whole food protein source like white fish and veggies + oil would be ideal given that it is very easy to assimilate

In my opinion I do like as many whole eggs as your diet permits macro-wise and maybe some additional meat if you're low carbin' it. I like the choline, cholesterol, and arachidonic acid content of egg yolks PWO as these are beneficial.

I do a post workout WPI shake followed by 5 eggs ab hour later...

2.5 scoops of Isolyze post workout and then when I get home I have 6oz of filet mingion and a spinach salad. (but I am not dieting for a show, just trying to get a little leaner.)
