with the compounds you are planning to run and the frame you already built you are going to be freaky in a couple mouths! question ever think about bumping up the T just a bit?

That is an issue. Not sure that I want to put much size, if any on. My back is just fine, size wise. But the chest and shoulders need some filling in. With the results of the USA, not sure more test is needed. Have a couple guys on here saying I just need to get the conditioning in. Thanks for comments man! I think the addition of cardio soon will really help the fat come off, and give me better idea of what is needing most work.

Once I can do cardio, I will employ both HIIT and steady rate cardio. Crazy, but actually looking forward to cardio.

Had my 8 week check up with ortho surgeon yesterday. HE is very happy with where I am recovery wise. He is letting me begin some self therapy at home. Working on ROM right now. Next week I'll start some strengthening exercises. Starting this 4 weeks ahead of schedule.

GenX.Yes, more so on some days then others. Appetite has increased, which is good since my activity levels have been so low. My appetite went through the floor for several weeks. Some days I only ate one meal, and small one at that. Im up to 3 full meals plus my humapro and chaind out days.
