9 days out from JR. USAs

First "real" national show at 22 years old, so this will be a real learning experience. I will be a LHW... pretty flat in the pics and my quads aren't as separated from lifting legs yesterday.

thanks bro.. i will try that and see how it looks

btw some of my posing looks "off" in the pics, simply cuz of the self timer making me rush like crazy to run back there and hit a pose lol. I did the best I can without anyone to take the pics

most people seem to forget about it, but it makes it look alot better imo.

I actually use to do it kinda like that for a long time, then people told me the opposite cuz I had good obliques lol.

start low and raise the arm during the pose then, best of two worlds lol.

lookin good. good luck! and make sure you tilt back on your rear poses. it'll make your lower back pop more.

I took 4th out of 22 guys..Basically I got beat by Shelby's client(a good buddy of mine who won the overall and I couldn't be happier for him), Dave Hawk Jr.(son of an IFBB pro) and another guy who looked really good.

good idea.. I will def do that in the 60 second prejudging routine.
