Is she a competitive bodybuilder? if not then why does she want to f#%k with her thyroid-I have a thyroid condition hypothyroidism and have had it since I was in my early 20's and there really is no reason to use T3 to just shed a couple of pounds if you're not a compeitive bodybuilder-just diet and do cardio!

start at 12.5, thats usually a 1/2 tab. increase up another 12.5 after a week. she really doesnt need more than that if her diet and cardio are good. taper off over about 7-10 days.

Yes. Your standard tab = 25 mcg.
If she feels tired & lethargic, then taking too much, back down the dose slowly (taper - e.g. same dose for 3 days, drop by 12.5 mcg, repeat).
As noted above, you didn't call out the reason for it. Generally not a great "fat lose protocol" if just looking to "lose weight" because t3 metabolizes both fat AND muscle indiscriminantly. If she's not on an AAS, then the muscle is there to be catabolized. Most women are so fixated on the fat loss and think "I don't care about muscle, I just want to lose the fat" - except muscle mass is what makes your fat mass look better. If you lose both then you just get "skinny fat". Also it is not a maintenance protocol so you can't stay on it forever trying to maintain whatever level of bodyfat you were going for. In the context of a competition prep, you expect to run it for a set period of time, come off and then let your body go thru the rebound that is natural as it attempts to find homeostasis after being under the influence of all those other artificial forces.

alot of wemon use this with good sucess, if they use it smart! 12.5 is a good start.. i ushallly recomend them starting out at 10, then working their way up to a cap at 20-25 which should be plenty

I hate T3...even on high gear...and I mean very high...it made me flat as a pancake and ate muscle in the process...Iranian T3 is what I used...never again...hate the stuff...no pumps...Build up slowly and ramp down slowly...but I quitted immediately after 2 weeks of building up...god awful stuff...

I am hypothyroid too.
It really is frustrating at times, I am starting to be very aware of when my thyroxine dose is not correct.
I have seen women take thyroid hormones for a medical reason or to take off fat, and when they are not into bodybuilding, more often than not, they put on weight.
So many think that 'oh, this is why I have been so fat', or 'Great, I have tablet now that will help me lose weight' and the basics of fat loss are over-looked.

I don't think it is necessary for competing and certainly not for just weight loss

Good, targeted diet, lifting & cardio program.
If just for "weightloss" I assume you're looking for a maintainance strategy - this will get you there faster & more maintainably than using drugs.
Suggest you post up the current stats, diet & training protocol. Ain't nothing for free - but letting your body do what it is designed to do will produce the results you want WITHOUT rebound.

Tell her to put the money she spent on T3 towards working with someone for her diet. I know a great figure pro who works really well with girls, if you want her contact info let me know.
